Ubido said the loss is a huge setback.

“We gave our very best in the match and tried to hang on for at least a point. However, God knows best why we conceded a late-minute goal.

“We have taken the loss in good faith and we will now focus on how to return to winning ways once again.

“Of course, the defeat is disappointing as we came down to Lagos determined to earn a win or in a worst case scenario secure a draw.

“We will quickly re-work our plan on how to get a decent result at Abia Comets on Wednesday.

“AS Racine were not really better on the day as their winning goal came off a goal-mouth scramble.

“Well, our seven-match unbeaten record has now ended with the loss at AS Racine, but it has not really ended as far as we are concerned.

“We have just suffered a momentary setback. We will certainly come back to winning ways once again,” said the former Lobi Stars man on an interview.

Moreover, the loss at the Lagos outfit leaves the Owerri-based side’s total earning on 26 points from a possible 42 in the 14-week-old NNL with a game to spare at Abia Comets.
