DMX's legal woes continue. According to TMZ.com, the rapper is scheduled to turn himself in today and begin serving time on a reckless driving charge stemming from 2002.  The Yonkers MC was scheduled to surrender to Los Angeles authorities on July 29.

X's manager told TMZ the rapper is "focused" on handling his previous legal issues so he can put his troubled past behind him. He's been ordered to spend 90 days in jail.

X recently finished serving a 4-month jail stint for probation violation in Arizona. He was released on July 6.

Simmons received probation for assaulting an officer with a food tray while serving time for theft, drug and animal abuse charges last year.
