Anthony Osigo popularly known as Tony Tonero, is dead.

The singer who used to be in the same singing group with Paul Play and Slam was knocked down by a hit-and-run commercial bus as he was crossing the Lagos/Abeokuta Expressway, Lagos late last week.

The Delta-State born artiste was said to be returning from watching a football match in a restaurant around his neighbourhood when the incident occurred.

The singer's new single "Jaiye Ori Mi" featuring 2face Idibia is said to have just recently hit radio.
