The popular BET Awards was established to celebrate African Americans and other minorities in music, acting, sports, and other fields of entertainment.
This year, four Nigerian artistes Wizkid, Davido, Tekno, Davido and Mr Eazi were nominated to battle it out for “Best International Act: Africa Category’. alongside other African artistes: AKA (South Africa), Babes Wodumo (South Africa), Nasty C (South Africa).
