Davido graced the cover of ThisDay magazine’s October 16 issue.
In the exclusive interview where he was asked On who he looked up to in terms of artists while growing up and why, he had this to say:
‘I looked up to the likes of Usher Raymond, D’banj and Chris Brown. Their music is beyond amazing and they have impeccable talent that intrigues me to want to be like them as an artiste.’
Davido recently dropped his Son Of Mercy EP on October 14, a week ahead of the scheduled date of October 21, 2016.

The five-track EP came just hours after the release of the ‘How Long’ video featuring American singer, Tinashe.
‘Jamb Question’ singer, Simi and South Africa’s Nasty C are the other artistes featured on the EP.
